News  »  Opportunities for viewing outline planning application for major development at Waterbeach Barracks

An Outline Planning Application has been submitted for the redevelopment of the former barracks and airfield adjoining Waterbeach. The proposed development includes up to 6500 dwellings, a secondary school and three primary schools, plus areas for retail, recreation and community uses.

Horningsea Parish Council has arranged a viewing of the application documents on Wednesday 15th March in Horningsea Village Hall from 7.30 until 8.30pm and has invited Fen Ditton residents to join them. The documents will be available to download.

Exhibitions will also be held at St John's Church, Waterbeach, on the following dates:

Saturday 18th March, 10 to 2pm
Thursday 23rd March, 3 to 8pm 
Wednesday 29th March, 3 to 8pm
