News  »  Bin collection day change - remember to put out your black bin this week!

You will have seen the leaflets and yellow posters that have appeared in the village advertising the change in Fen Ditton's bin collection day from Tuesdays to Fridays as from 27th February. The first Friday collection will be on 3rd March, when the blue and green bins will be collected.

The changes mean that after this week the next collection of black bins will not be until Friday 10th March. So don’t forget to put your black bin out for collection this Tuesday morning, and please remind your neighbours too.

Blue bins will be collected on Tuesday next week and again on Friday 3rd March. Fortnightly collections of the green bins will also re-start on 3rd March.
