Cambridgeshire Constabulary is conducting a short survey to gather opinion on a future 'Community Remedy', to be introduced as part of the Antisocial Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014. This will give victims a say in the out-of-court punishment of antisocial behaviour offenders through a list of 'options', and offer offenders an alternative to going to court and getting a criminal record, with the aim of ultimately reducing reoffending.
